Can I buy king size memory foam Topper and cut into 2 pieces for a twin bed?
Is it ok if I cut the top hat foam memory (king size) with 2 twin beds, because both prices are equal. In fact, I'm not cutting you that the mattress will be the effect of bed or not. Thank you for help us. Someone never this pls tell me …… thx again
Hi! You can find the standard size mattress USA here: Notice http://www.myluxurymattress.com/mattress-sizes.html the size of mattress may vary 1-2. In addition, many mattress sold cheaply in local shops are often cut 3-5 inches too short to be reduce. If you cut the king in the center along the length of the Topper memory foam mattress, the result will be 2 parts to be 38 "x 80". These 2 pieces would be perfect for a Twin XL mattresses. To fit a twin mattress, cut another 5 "off the length. A twin mattress is 38" x 75 ". Memory foam is very easy to cut. You can do this with scissors or a sharp knife. But it is difficult to do well (straight and pretty). I cut several pieces of memory foam down with both a knife and scissors. Some I liked, some I did not, and some that I thought just ok. Well friends and family have heard of the little secret that I have gathered here in my store that have nothing to do with it, so they Take It Off glad my hands. But some King / Queen of the pieces were cut toppers to twin or full guest of my friends or children's rooms. Use a tape measure to find where to make cuts, Mark a line with a pencil, and then try to cut as straight as possible. The piece of foam is a little jagged, but when you put it on the bed and put a fitted sheet on top of it, looks like. You can put the cut edge to a wall and you'll never notice it. Happy cutting:)
